Start from your origin point by 9.30 or 10 am within Ernakulam city limits and reach the scenic destination in Poothotta by 11 am in a relaxing mood.
11.00 am arrival at the Poothotta Village private jetty with a welcome drink – Tender coconut.
Check in to the motor boat with a thrilling mood for a Canal ride with spectacular view in narrow canals which passes through mangroves.During the cruise you may watch
the life style of the village people living in the banks of the river.
By 12.30 pm finish the cruise and have Kerala Veg meal in Banana Leaf + one Full Fish fry- Pearl spot ( Karimeen Fry ) & Payasam .
BY 1.00 Continue the cruise in a Shikara boat to watch the activities - Lime Shell mining , Coir retting , Palm leaves weaving , Toddy Tapping , Angling with a normal fish
rode. If interested we can even take part in the activities to have an experience. This ride will be in the wider canals of this beautiful area and will proceed to the natural
swimming spot , where you can experience swimming in the middle of the lake , a GOD gifted area .
Proceed back to the check out point. Tea or coffee & snacks will be served on boat and reach village private jetty by 4 pm. Now you can embark on to the transportation
for your final destination with memories.
